The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has expressed gratitude to federal contractors and subcontractors who have registered and certified their Affirmative Action Program (AAP) compliance through the OFCCP Contractor Portal before the June 29, 2023 deadline. As a result, OFCCP has opened a Contractor Portal Technical Help Desk to provide technical assistance to contractors and subcontractors who may experience issues while using the portal. The Help Desk is staffed with knowledgeable representatives who are available to offer assistance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
