Joseph Ankeny
Joseph Ankeny is an affirmative action specialist and “data wrangler”. He was born in Wyoming and attended Loyola University in New Orleans, earning an English writing degree. He has been creating and editing affirmative action plans, and advising contractors on AA related issues since 1997, when Lighthouse Compliance was known as Focus Affirmative Action.
