It all begins when you upload your personnel data to LightWeb – our secure web-based client communications tool. This protects the integrity and privacy of your company and employee information.
We review your information for accuracy and completeness, then an affirmative action specialist prepares a draft of the statistical analysis.
Another affirmative action plan specialist reviews the draft before it is sent for attorney review.
An independent attorney reviews and confirms the statistical findings to ensure that your plan is solid enough to withstand an audit.
Prior to final delivery, we give you the opportunity to review your plan via LightWeb and submit additions or corrections. This is actually on-going. If you find errors or just want changes 6 months after we prepared your plan(s), we will make the changes, of course, without fees.
Upon your approval of the plan and accompanying narrative, your custom plan will be delivered. Lighthouse has several delivery options available.
