The Lighthouse Alert you received in early March explained that some multi-plan contractors may have already received a Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letter (CSAL).  The CSAL is simply a courtesy notice from the OFCCP that alerts contractors of the fact that they will most likely be selected for an audit. A total of 800 establishments were on the first release of the FY 2017 Scheduling List with 375 distinct companies represented.

If you have received an audit scheduling letter, immediately contact Lighthouse Compliance and our experts will assist you with the audit process. Also, organizations should make every effort possible to notify representatives in each of their establishments of the possible receipt of the audit scheduling letter.  The clock starts ticking once the letter is received!

*Complete audit support is included in Lighthouse Compliance AAP services.
