The Plan Navigator Process: Data Collection - It all begins when you upload your personnel data to LightWeb - our secure web-based client communications tool. This protects the integrity and privacy of your company and employee information. Statistical Analysis - We review your information for accuracy and completeness, then an affirmative action specialist prepares a draft of the statistical analysis. Peer Review - Another affirmative action plan specialist reviews the draft before it is sent for attorney review. Attorney Review - An independent attorney reviews and confirms the statistical findings to ensure that your plan is solid enough to withstand an audit. Client Review - Prior to final delivery, we give you the opportunity to review your plan via LightWeb and submit additions or corrections. Plan Delivery - Upon your approval of the statistical plan and accompanying narrative, a custom binder and CD containing your entire plan and implementation resources is delivered to your doorstep.
