About 8 years ago we began using the electronic application process through Applicant Harbor. This was the best decision we made in regards to applicant collection and logs. Debbie Lee assisted us with setup and training. We submit a job requisition with job description, dates we want to post job opening, and she takes care of the rest. In most cases job opening requests are open for applicants the same day or by beginning of business the next day. Debbie is friendly and is available when we have questions.

“I first used Applicant Harbor starting December, 2014. I was not sure if it was user friendly or not. I quickly found out that it is an easy user friendly system that has allowed me to quickly filter applications to determine those who meet the qualifications for the role. With ease, I have been able to reopen a requisition after it was closed and not yet filled. When we have staff leave, I can go in myself and deactivate their access or move them into a different user group if they change positions. I enjoy being able to make updates on my own at any given moment. I’m fully aware I can call or email my contact at Applicant Harbor, but knowing I can manage the system on my own is great.
Also, when the time comes for us to prepare for our Affirmative Action Plan, the system is able to generate a detailed report that outlines everything we need.
